“Mo” - eager to please

“Mo”

Approx. 16.1hh 12 year old Thoroughbred gelding.

Raced as “Mohican”, Mo retired sound in 2021. Since then, he has only had some inconsistent light work put into him. Mo has good paces and could make a lower level performance horse with work. He needs an experienced, confident rider as he is still very green and can get hot. Mo has a good attitude though and just wants to please. When he was in more regular work he did improve. Has popped a few small jumps and is quite brave with obstacles. He went to a couple of outtings and was anxious but improved hugely through the day.

On the ground, Mo generally has good manners and is very sweet. He does though have his quirks and is a big horse. Mo would also be very happy as a companion or for someone who doesn’t want to ride and just wants to love on him.

Mo is good for the farrier and is sound barefoot with boots on the fronts when riding.
